Danuch Sahakijpicharn

Danuch is a licensed Thai tax auditor (TA) and investment consultant (IC, which is governed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand). He has over 10 years of taxation experience working at various large multinational professional firms; such as, KPMG Thailand, KPMG Taiwan, and Deloitte Thailand and international organisations; such as Schneider Electric. He has also been giving lectures in taxation courses at various universities in Thailand, both Thai and international programmes.

Danuch has extensive expertise in tax advisory work for Thai tax issues and cross-border investment issues (both in-bound and out-bound) by taking into account both Thai and international tax laws (such as double tax agreements). He also has intensive experience in providing services to individuals; such as, preparing and filing personal income tax returns, applying for a tax ID for foreigners, applying for various tax certificates for individual taxpayers, requesting a tax refund from the Revenue Department, etc.

Danuch’s expertise is extended to tax compliance work for corporate clients; such as, preparing and filing corporate income tax, value-added tax returns, etc.
